You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Turn on two factor authentication from your security settings.

Only send to people who have given you permission. No purchased, rented, or scraped lists. No deceptive subject lines or sender names. Every email must carry a working unsubscribe link and your physical address, and every SMS must honour STOP.

Prohibited content includes anything illegal, fraudulent, hateful, or sexually explicit, and categories we cannot deliver reliably such as unregulated gambling, cryptocurrency schemes, and payday lending. We may suspend accounts that put our sending reputation at risk, and we will tell you why.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. SMS credits are billed at the rates shown in your account. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from office.wateja.app. Fees are non refundable except where required by law.

You own your content and your contact data. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, and deliver it on your behalf. You can export it at any time.

We work hard to keep Wateja available and fast, and we maintain backups. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or inbox placement, which depends on factors outside our control such as recipient mail servers and carriers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wateja is provided as is, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination your data is deleted in line with our privacy policy.

We may update these terms. If the change is material we will notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Wateja after that date means you accept the new terms.
